WASHINGTON, Feb 23, 2001 (LSN.ca) – In addition to the manslaughter conviction of abortionist John Biskind that LifeSite reported Tuesday, three other U.S. abortionists are in legal trouble. Biskind’s victim, LouAnne Herron, was left to bleed to death after Biskind punctured her uterus during a supposedly “safe and legal” late-term abortion on April 17, 1998.  (https://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/ap/20010220/us/abortion_doctor_3.html)

Prominent Oklahoma City abortionist Dr. John Hamilton, 52, is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on murder charges in the death of his wife Susan. The medical examiner released a preliminary cause of death Friday noting that Susan died of blunt force trauma to the head and strangulation brought on by something being tied or pulled tightly around the neck.  (https://www.oklahoman.com/cgi-in/show_article?ID=642453&pic=none&TP=getarticle)

Boston-area abortionist Dr. Rapin Osathanondth was in court Tuesday after allegedly telling five nurses at a staff meeting: ‘‘I’m going to execute people. I’m going to kill you. I’m going to execute you, Texas-style.’’ Although charges have yet to be laid, he was in a probable-cause hearing in Roxbury District Court. A Philadelphia-area couple filed a $50,000 medical malpractice lawsuit last week against abortionist Dr. Harvey Brookman of the Healthy Woman’s Center in Lower Makefield. According to the suit, Victoria Jeh suffered pain and bleeding following a July 11 abortion and reported the symptoms to the Brookman. The suit says Brookman failed to order follow-up tests to diagnose the problem resulting in the need for emergency surgery to remove a fetus from Jeh’s fallopian tube.
