Priests for Life has set up a Facebook page for the documentary.

“The more people who watch this, the more the true face of abortion is exposed, and the stronger our case that when secular media cover these topics, people respond!” Fr. Frank Pavone said in a press release announcing the time change.

The hour-long program will be by far the most in-depth coverage the trial has received on any national broadcast outlet. The only program of comparable length, 3801 Lancaster, has been restricted to an internet audience.

That is apparently the way some in the mainstream media like it. Joseph Slobodzian of the Philadelphia Inquirer, who has covered the Gosnell trial from inside the courtroom from the beginning, rolled his eyes when Anderson Cooper allowed writer/director David Altrogge to give the website to his CNN audience.

Other news outlets have yielded to grassroots pressure to report on the horrific capital murder trial, but some of the news segments lasted as little as 11 seconds.

Lawyers for the prosecution and defense gave their closing arguments in Philadelphia on Monday.
