HAMBURG, February 21, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com)  The Bundestag, or lower house of Parliament, overwhelmingly approved a motion calling for a United Nations international ban on all forms of human cloning, including reproductive and therapeutic cloning.  The measure comes after German representatives at the United Nations had refused to side with the United States on a ban of all human cloning, wanting instead a ban on only reproductive cloning.
