PHILADELPHIA, May 15, 2013, (LifeSiteNews.com) – The jury foreman in the Kermit Gosnell murder case is speaking out, saying that for the late-term abortionist killing newborns was “just business as usual.”

“It was just business as usual, and he snipped the [newborn babies'] necks no matter what happened,” said David Misko, known as Juror Number Five, after this morning's hearing.

He commented on Gosnell's strangely placid behavior during the trial.

“He just sat there for the past eight weeks smirking,” Misko said. “I didn't care for it.”

Judge Jeffrey Minehart sentenced Gosnell to a third consecutive life sentence without the possibility of parole in a ten-minute hearing inside the Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center this morning.

The 72-year-old showed no emotion as he exited the courtroom, shepdherded by law enforcement officials as he held a pile of his belongings.

Misko said jurors had little difficulty settling on charges during their two-week deliberation once the facts became clear.

“Once we figured out what happened it was easy to determine between first- and third-degree murder,” he told NBC 10 Philadelphia.

Minehart had placed jurors under a gag order, as is customary during a trial. With today's final sentencing, the order is lifted, and jurors may speak out.

Three jurors are scheduled to speak alongside the Philadelphia DA this afternoon.
