CATALONIA, Spain, June 8, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The government of Catalonia, one of Spain's most populous regions, has created a sexual education website that recommends masturbation and oral sex to teens, and claims that condoms are the best way to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.

The website, called “Teen Sex” (“Sexo Jovenes”) openly encourages teens to have sexual intercourse, and never mentions abstinence.

“Don't worry” if your condom fails, the Catalonian government tells teens, “because we have the morning after pill” – a contraceptive drug that can also cause abortions.

If no condom is available to the teen, the site recommends masturbation.

“If you don't have a condom on hand, masturbate, which is also very fun, you will love it and it's very healthy,” says the website.

The government of Catalonia tells its teen readers that “it is very recommendable to practice 'petting' before having relations with penetration, so you can discover pleasure together.  We recommend time and patience.” Among the kinds of “petting” listed is oral sex. An accompanying quiz shows nude cartoon characters in various sexual poses; teens are then asked whether the activity depicted constitutes “petting” or not.

The site also provides information about abortion options available to teens, and brushes off claims that abortion is painful. “After having had an abortion, girls don't complain of having suffered much.  They just say that they were very tense and this might have created a greater sensation of pain.  In any case, it can be done with general anesthesia,” the website states.

Catalonia's sexual education program is not unique in Spain. The province of Galicia has its own program, which extends to children as young as 11, encouraging homosexual behavior and defending abortion by claiming that a fetus only exists after 24 weeks of pregnancy.

At the national level, the ruling Spanish Socialist Worker's Party has instituted a civics program called “Education for Citizenship and Human Rights,” which requires all schools, public and private, to provide classes that indoctrinate students with homosexualist ideology.
