MONTPELIER, VT, Nov 19 (LSN) The Vermont Supreme Court is hearing arguments in favour of gay marriage this week in a case brought by three gay cohabitators. Pro-family advocates are concerned since the state has already capitulated to the homosexualist agenda by giving same-sex couples special protection against discrimination, special status in hate crime law, and the right to adopt children. On Friday a challenge to sodomy laws in Texas will be initiated by two homosexual men. However, in California residents will have an opportunity to stem the homosexualist advance by voting to restrict marriage to one man and one woman on the ballot in 2000.
