TORONTO, May 16 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Six pairs of homosexual-activist couples, are set to launch a court challenge demanding the right to marry.  The Toronto Sun reported Sunday that Toronto assistant Crown attorney Michael Leshner, one of homosexual activists in the suit, called the media to arrange for coverage of his official demand for a marriage licence at city hall.

The 52-year-old Crown lawyer says he wants to be able to marry Michael Stark, 42, his long-  time common-law partner.  The city officials informed Leshner that a response to his demand to know why he was not allowed to have a marriage licence would be issued in writing.
