LONDON, Dec 9 (LSN)  A group of scientists hired by the British government to review the country’s policy on cloning released their report yesterday in which they urge the government to drop their strong stand against human cloning. While not agreeing to allow full cloning of human beings, the group recommended Britain allow human cells to be cloned. Pro-life groups reacted immediately condemning the report since the material used for the cloning of human cells comes from aborted embryos.  In a related story Japanese researchers reported yesterday that they have cloned an adult cow and produced 8 genetically identical calves.
