MUMBAI, India, Feb 28, 2001 (LSN.ca) – Abortionist Dr. Neelang Shah of the family planning center of the Indian Medical Association in Tardeo is under police investigation for negligence after a two-month pregnant, 28-year-old woman died shortly after he aborted her baby.
