‘Safe and legal’ is an empty slogan   WOODBRIDGE, Nov 10 (LSN)  American Life League reported a New Jersey court case last week where abortuary owner Alan I. Weiselberg admitted in court that he cheated five health insurers by allowing personnel to reuse disposable medical instruments at his abortion clinic in Woodbridge, NJ. Michael Conroy of Legal Action for Women (an American Life League division) revealed that the U.S. Attorney’s office claims to have no information regarding the women directly affected by Weiselberg’s illegal and medically dangerous practices.  Legal Action for Women wants to know if anyone who went to Weiselberg’s abortion clinic died of AIDS or developed infections that made them sterile. Conroy said that people “need to understand that ‘safe and legal’ is an empty slogan. The abortion industry makes no attempt to clean up its own act and furiously fights any efforts by legislators or medical boards to improve safety.”
