WICHITA, Kansas, Jan 10 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Laws in Kansas and New Jersey may force insurers to cover contraceptives and in-vitro fertilization. The Wichita Eagle reported Thursday that a proposed health insurance bill outlined by Kansas Insurance Commissioner Kathleen Sebelius would mandate that insurers cover contraceptives and gynecological services. In New Jersey the Assembly Appropriations Committee gave its approval to a measure requiring insurance coverage for most infertile couples.
