James Kopp who, in May, was charged by police with the murder of abortionist Barnett Slepian, has been indicted by a county grand jury. Kopp is now charged on three counts with second-degree murder, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. An Associated Press report today indicates that Kopp was placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list earlier this month.
