Despite the growing bias of anti-family news, our staff recently worked tirelessly to report on James Younger, a 7-year-old boy who was facing a possible medical gender ‘transition’ due to the wishes of his mother, who had been forcing him to live as a girl since he was 5!
When his dad fought back to ask the court for a say in this ‘transition,’ the media completely ignored the case.
Our reporter was one of only two who were in the courtroom for the entire duration of the trial. Parental rights were under extreme attack, the future mental and physical health of James was in great danger, and yet mainstream media refused to acknowledge this insanity!
It wasn’t until a Texas jury ruled against the father trying to protect his son from this medically questionable ‘transition’ that a national outcry ensued. This national response was due largely to LifeSiteNews’ reporting on the case as we broke the news of the jury’s decision.
Media that has previously ignored the story found all the background information they needed, in our many previous and thorough text and video reports on the case. That then exposed the travesty of what was being done to James and his father to a national audience.
LifeSiteNews didn’t ignore Mr. Younger, and neither did the LifeSite giving family.

Just a few days after the jury decision, the judge presiding over the case surprised everyone and granted joint managing conservatorship to both parents, giving the father the ability to STOP his son’s possible ‘transition.’
State legislators are now even proposing laws to prevent medical gender ‘transitions’ for children under 18. This is a huge victory – facilitated by our generous supporters!
