PROVIDENCE, Aug 31 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Rhode Island’s partial birth abortion law, supported by state Atty. Gen. Sheldon Whitehouse and Governor Almond, was condemned as unconstitutional yesterday by Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald R. Lagueux. The judge took 65 pages to defend his belief that infanticide should be protected by the American constitution. Sheldon Whitehouse and Governor Almond have promised to appeal the decision.
