FRANKFORT, KY, Nov 6 (LSN) – Yesterday U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn II ruled a Kentucky law banning the gruesome partial birth abortion procedure, “unconstitutional and invalid.”  Heyburn’s is the latest in a spate of rulings denying the rights of duly elected legislators from performing their duties. Judicial pro-abortion activism has run rampant in the US, with over 20 states where judges have trounced laws banning partial birth abortion.
