WASHINGTON, October 4, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The National Right to Life Committee in the US has revealed that Martin Haskell, George Tiller, and Warren Hern, three abortionists notorious for committing and defending the practice of late-term abortion, have contributed financially to the Kerry campaign fund.

Haskell admitted at an abortion conference in 1992 to having committed over 700 partial birth abortions and claimed to have coined the term ‘Dilation and Extraction’ as the euphemism of choice to describe the gruesome killing of late term babies.

George Tiller is notorious for offering at his late-term specialty practice, a bizarre pseudo-religious ceremony in which, for an extra fee, parents can have their dead child ‘baptized’ and can take home photographs of the corpse wrapped in a blanket. On his website, Tiller calls this his “chaplaincy” service. Tiller is known to commit abortions up to 37 weeks gestation.  Warren Hern literally wrote the book on abortion. When the practice became legal, few in the medical community opted to learn how to do it or teach others. In 1984, J.B. Lippincott Company published Dr. Hern’s medical textbook, “Abortion Practice”. In October 2003, Hern dared attorney General John Ashcroft to indict him for partial birth abortion. In an article published online at MSN news, Hern graphically describes killing a child by crushing its skull with forceps.  Between the three of them, the total contribution comes to about US $7000. Compared to some corporate donors this amount is small, but the Kerry campaign has accepted it. Kerry told Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday, on January 25, 2004, “I’m against partial-birth abortion, as are many people.” He told Peter Jennings of ABC News, in an interview broadcast July 22, 2004, “I oppose abortion, personally. I don’t like abortion. I believe life does begin at conception.” Kerry’s actions, however, totally contradict his words. His abortion supporting voting record has earned Kerry a rating of 100% from NARAL.  Read coverage from the Weekly Standard:  https://www.weeklystandard.com/Content/Public/Articles/000/000/004/722chwmt.asp?ZoomFont=YES
