PONTIAC, Michigan, Nov 24 (LSN) – Oakland County Prosecutor David Gorcyca, told the media yesterday that he would take his time in filing charges against Kevorkian. “It would be irresponsible for any prosecutor to level charges against any individual based solely on media reports and an edited version of the tape on ‘60 Minutes,”’ he said.  The Associated Press noted that Dr. Death could face charges of manslaughter, murder,  assisted suicide, practicing medicine without a license or possessing a controlled substance in connection with Youk’s death. The CBS show “60 Minutes” was subpoenaed Monday to provide prosecutors with an unedited video of Jack Kevorkian administering a lethal injection to Youk.
