PONTIAC, Mich, Mar 12 (Lifesitenews.com)  In accordance from a request by the crown prosecutor, the assisted-suicide charge against euthanasia advocate Jack Kevorkian was dropped and the charge of first degree murder retained. The move was made since the judge ruled that Kevorkian’s defence lawyers could use evidence of Kevorkian’s victim’s suffering to sway jurors in regards to his assisted-suicide charge, but not for his murder charge.
