DETROIT, July 21 (LSN) – America’s most famous killer, euthanasia crusader Jack Kevorkian, faces another hurdle with a subpoena issued to him by Consumer & Industry Services. They want all his records related to his practice of medically-assisted suicide or Patholysis. The order applies to the 42 people Kevorkian has “treated” since the department issued a cease and desist order in April of last year directing him to stop practicing medicine without a license. CIS Director Kathleen M. Wilbur said she is confident the records will prove that Kevorkian violated the order. He has until Friday to surrender the files or risk imprisonment for violating the order.
