LANSING, Michigan, Dec 18 (LSN)  Euthanasia activist Dr. (“Death”) Jack Kevorkian will go to trial on 1st degree murder charges in early March, according to Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Jessica Cooper.  Kevorkian in pre-trial hearings Wednesday refused to enter a plea, so his lawyer David Gorosh entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.
