DETROIT, Feb 15 (https://www.lifesitenews.com/) – Euthanasia activist Jack Kevorkian is seeking bail while he appeals his case to the Supreme Court. The bail hearing is scheduled for tomorrow. Mayer Morganroth,  his lawyer, claims that if released, Dr. Death will not help people commit suicide.

While escaping jail on his “assisted suicide” of over 130 people, Kevorkian was sentenced last April to 10-25 years in prison for his televised murder of Thomas Youk, who had Lou Gehrig’s disease. At the time, Judge Jessica Cooper, denied Kevorkian bail pending an appeal since he had previously assisted suicides while on bail.
