DETROIT, Michigan, Apr 16 (Lifesitenews.com) – Assisted-suicide and euthanasia activist Jack Kevorkian, who after he was sentenced Tuesday bragged that he would starve himself to death, has backed down from his threat.

Kevorkian had told a reporter, “I know they are going to force-feed me, but my captivity is still enslavement, and I am not going to go along with it.” However the same day prison officials noted that the force feeding policy at the prison had been dropped by coincidence that very day. Kevorkian’s lawyers complained immediately that the change in policy was done to target Dr. Death. Kevorkian lawyer Mayer Morganroth asked “Isn’t that assisted suicide?”

It seems the world’s foremost assisted-suicide activist doesn’t want to be assisted in his own suicide.
