KIDDIE PORN POSSESSION CHARGES DROPPED IN ONTARIO

KITCHENER, ON, July 23 (LSN) – Putting the lie claims that the B.C. case which ruled that kiddie porn possession laws are unconstitutional would not have an impact outside that province, charges of possession were dropped in an Ontario case yesterday. The National Post reported on a court ruling which found 19-year-old Andrew Guille of Cambridge guilty of distributing child pornography, with possession charges dropped because of the B.C. case. Guille was sentenced to 15 months in jail.
