MONTREAL, Feb 10 (Lifesitenews.com)  Yesterday, evidence presented in the case of Herman Krausz, a 76-year-old who was removed from life support despite the objections of his family, suggested that the case was one of involuntary euthanasia. George Krausz, the dead man’s son, told the court that the Jewish General Hospital s ICU doctors pressured the family to agree to remove Krausz’s respirator.

According to Mr.. Krausz, his father communicated to the family that he did not want to be removed from the respirator, and the family had attempted to honour his wishes. George Krausz testified that the doctors falsely told the family that the father had agreed to be removed from life support, reported the National Post. Mr. Krausz sought confirmation from his father and returned to the doctors “furious,” demanding to know “why are you playing such tricks on me?
