LANCASTER, PA, Nov 11 (LSN) Much to the dismay of pro-lifers in Lancaster, city officials have cleared the way for a Planned Parenthood centre to commit abortions. City officials had first objected to the move based on zoning laws but, after negotiations and deliberations, have capitulated to the demand.  Pro-life groups suspect that Planned Parenthood, the abortion behemoth, had threatened to sue the city if it did not permit the procedure. The suspicions were given credibility when the mayor said of the permission “this is what we’re forced to do.” Lancaster Mayor Charlie Smithgall also said that the city “could take it further, but we’d lose.”
