SCOTTSDALE, April 15, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A Christian legal defence fund is spreading the word on American university campuses that Christians need not endure discrimination without recourse to legal assistance in defence of their rights   The Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) is a national legal organization based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This week the group put out advertisements at five state universities soliciting complaints from students who believe they have suffered “anti-Christian bigotry” on campus.  “Students must understand that the protections of the First Amendment do not stop at the university gate,” said Benjamin W. Bull, chief counsel for ADF. “In recent years, extremist voices of the academic far left have sought to enforce a monopoly of thought and speech intended to crush dissenting views, especially traditional Christian views on many social and moral issues. Our goal is to level the playing field by ending discrimination against the expression of traditional values, make the campus a true marketplace of ideas, and end the intimidation of the political left,” he said in a press release.  For more information about the group:  https://www.alliancedefensefund.org   For a report from FoxNews:  https://www.foxnews.com/printer_friendly_story/0,3566,74757,00.html.
