NEWTON, N.J., March 13, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A New Jersey judge has ruled that two lesbians can be listed as the “parents” on the birth certificate of an IVF baby one of them is expecting in May. One of the women is carrying the child, and her lesbian partner provided the egg.  Family Court Judge James A. Farber issued the ruling, which also means the women will share financial responsibility for the child, and if one of them dies, the other will have custody.  For news coverage:  https://www.lasvegassun.com/sunbin/stories/nat-gen/2003/mar/12/031201967.html
