Prof. Rice is the one reason my son and daughter went to Notre Dame. He is a voice of reason, sanity and loyalty to the Catholic Church. As a former Marine, he knows what a detrimental effect permitting homosexuals to join the military would have on the troops. The Observer should be ashamed to deny him the opportunity to teach its readers the truth of the Church's teachings on this most important issue, because of concerns of political correctness. For some real insight into what is really going on at Our Lady's school read the book “What Happened To Notre Dame” by Prof. Rice.
