The largest study of its kind, comparing 5856 children conceived with in vitro fertilization to 1.5 million normally conceived children has found that the IVF group “were five times more likely to be born prematurely and have low birthweight; the death rate for the IVF babies was also higher. The researchers attempt to explain away all the findings as due to multiple births.  

Conservative News Service reports today that a worldwide survey, conducted by Wirthlin Worldwide polling and released at the World Congress of Families, meeting this month in Geneva, finds that 84 percent of people polled agreed that marriage is defined as “one man and one woman,” and 78 percent agreed that families were the “fundamental unit of society.” “These findings clearly and emphatically reveal that, despite efforts to undermine the natural family in the United Nations . . . the people of the world [agree] . . . that the natural family is the fundamental social unit,” said Allan Carlson, general secretary of the World Congress of Families. 

The American Family Association reported today that Omni Hotels have decided to remove pornographic “adult” pay-per-view movies from their in-room service.
