UK COURT OF APPEAL APPROVES GOVERNMENT CHALLENGE TO CLONING RULING The Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC) has condemned a ruling by the English Court of Appeal which upholds flawed legislation on human cloning. Three judges ruled that cloned human embryos were governed by existing legislation.
