The National Post reports that Paladin Labs Inc., the Montreal company that distributes the abortifacient morning after pill, Plan B, and the national Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists are preparing an application that could be ready by August that will ask Health Canada to eliminate the requirement for a prescription for dispensing the abortifacients.
