Pro-life Camp-outs are being offered in Barrie ON, July 7-9 & August 25-27. Hosted at CATHOLICLAND, the weekends involve faith, fun and fellowship for pro-life youth. Cost of $90 includes 5 meals and accommodation. 

Publicly Funded Stripper Study – The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada has approved a grant of $50,000 for Professor Becki Ross of the University of British Columbia to study the history of the, “little understood but much maligned”, business of erotic dancing in Vancouver. Mark Mike, a spokesman for the Canadian Taxpayers’ Association was outraged, asking: “What, strippers don’t get ‘studied’ enough every day as it is?” 

Homosexual activists are campaigning for ‘Pride Vision’ (a proposed Gay and Lesbian TV channel). The CRTC is currently reviewing the applications for a limited number of programs to be broadcasted nation-wide. The CRTC is also considering the application of a Christian station called InTuneTV which can be supported by going to www.intunetv.com and clicking on Interventions.

Publicly funded abortion propaganda aimed at children as young as 14 has caused outrage in Britain. A leaflet produced by ‘Family Planning Association’ of Great Britain, entitled “Abortion-Just So You Know”, tells teenage girls that they would be able to return to classes a day after undergoing an abortion. As well it suggests that abortions are: “free, legal,  confidential and common among teenagers.”
