ACP-EU ADOPTS IPPF POLICY – International Planned Parenthood reported that the ACP-EU (African,  Caribbean and Pacific states / European Union) Partnership Agreement has taken the advice of abortion providers IPPF and Marie Stopes International and included the “recognition of the link between poverty eradication and access to reproductive health services” in the agreement.
