American Family News reports that Dr. Laura Schlessinger has just released a new book that is sure to raise the ire of feminists. As reported in USA Today, “Parenthood by Proxy”  underlines Schlessinger’s argument that mothers should not work outside the home if it means putting a child in day care.

The New York Times reports that researchers at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston failed to report the death of a patient in gene therapy experiments and might have contributed to the growth of cancer in another patient, whose condition was also reported improperly, investigators for the Food and Drug Administration have said.

Physicist, Freeman Dyson, who has no time for the doctrine of the Trinity and doubts the historical truth of the Gospels has won one of the world’s largest monetary awards, the $1 million Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion. “I was astonished when I heard I was even being considered for this because I have never really contributed much to progress in religion as far as I can see,” he said.
