The Canadian Catholic Bishops’ Catholic Organization for Life and Family (COLF) is marking this Jubilee Year 2000 with the publication of a leaflet entitled A Child Gives Life to Love and Love to Life! The leaflet emphasizes the important place of the child within our society and invites families to appreciate and celebrate life by reflecting on the miracle of each and every child who is “a promise of grace and a blessing.” The document describes the arrival of a child as “the birth of a family” and the family as “the oldest of social organizations” and “a work in progress that must be built day by day.” For copies email [email protected]
