Pro-Life E-News distributed an Agence France Press report Tuesday noting that the socialist German government has overruled objections by the Catholic province of Bavaria to the nationwide distribution of the abortion pill RU-486. As LifeSite reported November 23, Bavaria was resisting the release of the drug. 

The Washington Post reported yesterday that Florida state has halted the production of “Choose Life” licence plates after a lawsuit was launched against the Motor Vehicles department by the National Organization for Women. 

A misleading ad promoting condoms on Chinese television was banned today. China’s Family Planning Propaganda and Education Center on Sunday began running ads showing a cartoon-style condom fighting off the attacks of the AIDS virus and other sexually transmitted diseases. One caption read: “Use a condom, no trouble.” (Yahoo)
