SANTA CLARA, California (LifeSiteNews) — Bucking the Big Tech trend, electronics firm Intel — a Fortune 500 top performer and technology industry leader — will not force its employees to receive an abortion-tainted COVID jab to keep their jobs, internal documentation shows.

A month after President Joe Biden announced that 100 million Americans would be subject to a federal vaccine mandate or weekly testing, an update to Intel’s COVID-19 policy released on October 6 reveals that while the company “strongly recommends COVID-19 vaccines approved by the national health authorities,” it “does not require COVID-19 vaccination for its workforce.”

Additionally, a section on “COVID-19 Vaccine FAQs” shows that the company will not allow “vaccinated” employees to refuse to work alongside their un-jabbed colleagues based on the fact that they have not received a COVID shot. Visitors to Intel workplaces will also not be asked to prove their vaccination status before being granted access to the premises.

The updated rules even forbid managers at the company from quizzing employees on their vaccination status against COVID-19, citing “privacy reasons” which stipulate that staff cannot “collect or share employee medical data, including information regarding vaccination status.”

“Employees do not need to share whether they have been vaccinated,” the guidelines affirm.

The technology firm does insist, however, that where local restrictions are in place for individuals who haven’t taken the jab, “workers must comply with these government requirements.” California, where Intel is headquartered, already has extensive mandates by which public employees, such as healthcare staff and school teachers, are required to show proof of vaccination against the novel coronavirus.

Alongside exempting their staff from COVID jab requirements to continue working at the company, Intel will also accept immunity to the virus obtained from prior infection as a means of circumventing quarantine requirements.

Employees who have come into close contact with someone who has contracted the virus “must quarantine and remain away from the worksite for 14 days from last exposure.” However, early return to work is granted to those who have either received a COVID shot or can produce a “positive antibody ‘IgG’ test,” along with a negative COVID test (either antigen-based or PCR) taken at least 5 days after the last date of contact.

Similar measures apply to employees who have traveled internationally, be it for business or personal reasons. Any employee who has received a full regimen of COVID jabs, or can prove they have recovered from the virus, is permitted to surpass the fortnight-long quarantine requirement, as long as they express no symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Unvaccinated workers who cannot prove that they recovered from COVID infection must still abide the 14-day quarantine ruling after international travel. Masks are to be required inside Intel-owned buildings for all employees, regardless of vaccination status. There is a phased relaxation of the mask rule built in to the guidelines, the last stage of which requires staff to don the coverings only when mobile and in close quarters with others.

Meanwhile, the Walt Disney Company has mandated that all of its staff take the experimental COVID shot before October 22 or face dismissal. The organization released a statement at the end of July, informing workers that they would be required to take the shot in order to keep their jobs. CEO Bob Chapek said that “what we’d like to do is convince them [employees] that it’s in everyone’s best interest in order to get vaccinated for the greater good.”

It's official: Joe Biden has announced that his Administration will be forcing COVID vaccinations on nearly 1/3rd of American citizens, blatantly disregarding the personal objections of millions of people and moving America ever closer towards a medical dictatorship.

We cannot stand for this unprecedented overreach, and we will not submit to Biden's tyrannical public coercion efforts.

On Thursday, September 9th, Joe Biden announced the latest round of federal orders meant to further coerce large swaths of the public into getting the COVID vaccine -- many against their will.

While the legal standing of these measures is, at best, dubious, the Biden Administration appears more ready than ever to gut our individual rights and practically erase medical autonomy in our country.

This latest escalation in overreach was announced via a televised speech in which Biden outlined a new "six-point plan" that includes far more than just six avenues to achieve mass medical compliance.

Among the most egregious new federal mandates are the following:

  • A requirement that all private businesses employing more than 100 people mandate their workers get the Covid-19 vaccine or submit to weekly testing (to be implemented by way of a new Department of Labor rule)
  • A requirement that all federal employees and federal contractors get the COVID vaccine
  • A requirement that all healthcare workers in facilities that receive reimbursement from Medicare and/or Medicaid (an estimated 17 million) get the Covid-19 vaccine without an alternative testing option
  • A requirement that all Head Start teachers get the COVID vaccine
  • A federal effort to lobby states to implement vaccine mandates for all school employees, and require regular testing of all students and school staff
  • A federal effort to lobby entertainment venues to require proof of vaccination or testing in order to grant entry to the public
  • A continuation of mask mandates on all federal properties and during interstate travel (i.e. planes, trains, buses)

All in all, these new vaccine mandates, which will go into effect within the coming weeks, will affect an estimated 100 million American workers -- 2/3rds of the entire workforce!

And, according to an administration official, violations of these unconstitutional requirements could result in fines of up to $14,000.

While this is clearly a political ploy on the part of the Joe Biden and his team of power-hungry Washington insiders to shift the focus from their disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, the American public knows better: After nearly a year and a half's worth of arbitrary, ever-changing, and unconstitutional government mandates in response to the COVID outbreak, it was always a given that the Biden Administration would ramp things up even further when it behooved them.

And now, it would seem that time has officially come.

"This is not about freedom or personal choice," Biden uttered in his remarks, confirming his administration's blatant dismissal of all Americans' right(s) to accept or decline the experimental Covid-19 vaccine.

This is a stunning reversal from Biden's declaration last December that "I don’t think [the vaccine] should be mandatory, I wouldn’t demand it to be mandatory."

In fact, Biden even confirmed his intention to flout states' rights in the process, warning that "If these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way."

These are not the words of an "empathetic" leader; these are the words of an aspiring dictator. And, for the time being, the only way to stop Joe Biden's tyranny is through mass noncompliance.

As we've said from the beginning, science, basic logic, and common sense should dictate policy regarding COVID and the Delta variant.

But Joe Biden and the federal government have long abandoned those principles throughout this crisis, culminating into this disturbing yet inevitable flurry of intrusive vaccine mandates that use people's jobs, individual autonomy, and livelihood as leverage.

This assault on our individual rights, private businesses, and American workers cannot be tolerated, and the easiest way to combat these unlawful orders is to just say NO.

'Biden announces vaccine requirements for private businesses, impacting tens of millions of Americans':

In response, workers at the entertainment behemoth united to march in protest against the overbearing requirement at Disney’s campuses on both coasts on September 26, with one long-standing employee describing the mandate as “crimes against humanity.”

“We are not their slaves,” organizer and cast member Nick Caturano said in an emailed statement to LifeSiteNews at the time, adding that the company “obliterated freedoms of medical choice, informed consent, of conscience & right to provide for oneself & family.”

Although often touted by employers and government officials as the “path to victory” over the virus, the dangers associated with the yet experimental COVID jabs appear to be outstripping that of their supposed efficacy.

In Vermont, for example, 76 percent of all COVID-related deaths in the state during September were among those who had received a full regimen of COVID shots.

Likewise in Scotland, the majority of people dying with COVID have also received at least one dose of the jab. A Public Health Scotland report released on September 29 shows that from August 21 to September 17, 233 double-vaccinated individuals died, and 10 individuals with one dose of vaccine died after testing positive for COVID. Only 59 unvaccinated people died after testing positive for COVID during the same time frame.

Beside the seeming ineffectiveness of the jabs against preventing death after contracting the virus, the medicine itself poses risks of its own, with the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System showing a staggering 778,685 adverse event reports from the jabs between December 14, 2020, and October 1.

Of all the adverse events recorded there was a total of 16,310 deaths following a shot for the virus, as well as 75,605 hospitalizations.
