MEDIA PROMOTES KILLER AS COMPASSIONATE

BUFFALO, N.Y., Feb 24 (LSN) – On Friday, John Bement was convicted of manslaughter for the killing of his wife by asphyxiation.  Reminiscent of Canada’s recent Latimer trial, the secular media portrayed Bement as a compassionate hero facing punishment for an act of mercy.
