(LifeSiteNews) — That Xavier Reyes-Ayral’s work is controversial is no exaggeration, and his appearance at the Rome Life Forum in Exile is sure to lead to some fascinating conversations.

A collector of Christian prophecies, especially Marian apparitions, Xavier Reyes is a familiar figure to fans of the John-Henry Westen Show. For the last two years, the French author has electrified viewers with prophecies, gleaned from a variety of sources, concerning the decline of the Church, the End Times, and the destruction of much of the human race with fire from heaven. The author of Revelations: The Hidden Secret Messages and Prophecies of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Reyes generously airs the claims of seers officially accepted by the Catholic Church, those kept at arm’s length, and those almost forgotten.

One of the lesser-known mystics of great interest to Reyes is Marie-Julie Jehenny (1850–1941), a Breton peasant and stigmatist who is said to have lived for years on no other food and drink that the Blessed Sacrament. Jehenny made prophecies in her lifetime that seem to have come true, including plots to overthrow the Church, hideous scandals involving the clergy, and attempts wipe out the memory of God from earth “to the point of effacing the arts and to remake them under a hideous form.” A third-order Franciscan, Jehenny stated that she had received messages from both Our Lord and His Blessed Mother, and she foretold supernatural chastisements and bloody persecutions, a frightening period known as the Three Days of Darkness, and the coming of the antichrist. More hopefully, she also predicted the coming of a great Catholic monarch who, alongside an “Angelic Pope,” will restore the Catholic Church.

Restoring Catholicism, or at least recovering from modernism, is the theme of this year’s Rome Life Forum, which will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, on October 17 and 18. Xavier Reyes-Ayral will be among such speakers as Bishop Joseph Strickland, LifeSiteNews’ editor-in-chief John-Henry Westen, theologian Dr. Janet E. Smith, “Candace” podcast CEO (and husband) George Farmer, Father Michael Rodríguez, and LifeSiteNews’ Vatican correspondent Michael Haynes. This is an impressive line-up, but attendees will definitely not want to miss out on a chance to hear – and question – Reyes in person.

What did the mystics have to say about the crazy times in which we live? Come to the Rome Life Forum and find out!

But don’t forget that attendees are also expected to take part in Forum’s discussions, particularly in the question-and-answer sessions. The Rome Life Forum attracts Catholics from all over the world, and everyone has a unique perspective to share. Doing what can humanly be done to steer back on course is not the work of only a few but of as many of the faithful as are called to do it.
