GREENWICH, England, February 4, 2015 (LifeSiteNews.com) — Two young boys were exposed to homosexual pornography while returning from the restroom in a United Kingdom family restaurant, leaving their mother upset and disgusted.

Jade Miller’s sons told their mother about what they’d seen on a reservation booking computer during a January 26 visit to the Greenwich restaurant Jimmy’s, prompting her to have a look herself, according to News Shopper.

What the boys saw was a website called Meatspin.

“Long story short, there was gay porn, two men having sex and my children witnessed all of this,” the mother of three said. “I'm in such shock, what do you say to a six-year-old and a nine-year-old when they've just seen porn?”

Miller informed the restaurant staff and called authorities.

Her sons had spoken up right before the family was about to go home.

“Just as we were leaving the boys said to me, ‘there's something bad on the computer mummy,’” said Miller. “I went over and had a look and there was gay porn on the screen and the kids were standing there laughing their heads off. I don't think they understood what was going on.”

Horrified by what her boys had just been exposed to, Miller also filmed the screen for proof, insisting the computer displaying explicit material remain on for the police to see.

“I don't want to go in to details because it was quite pornographic,” she said. “I didn't want to look at it myself.”

Officers called to the scene thought the porn resulted from a pop-up that had come in through the restaurant’s email booking system, and spoke with the restaurant’s management about system security and spam blockers. Ultimately however, they told Miller that outside of turning off the computer there was nothing they could do.

“I feel absolutely sick regarding this matter,” said Miller. “It wasn't dealt with properly.”

Efforts have been launched in the U.S. in recent months to encourage leading family fast-food restaurants and popular coffee shops to establish pornography filters in their locations that offer on-site Wi-Fi.

Anti-pornography organization Enough Is Enough (EIE) reached out to McDonald’s and Starbucks last year after the industry giants had responded positively to British Prime Minister David Cameron’s appeal to internet providers to filter child pornography and pornography in the UK.

Chick-Fil-A and Panera Bread were already filtering porn on their U.S. restaurants’ Wi-Fi, and porn is regularly banned in schools and libraries in the U.S.
