MEXICO CITY, January 26, 2004 ( – The International Consortium on Emergency Contraception, a group of abortion supporters, are succeeding in their mandate to proliferate abortifacient “emergency contraception” world-wide, as Mexico announced on Thursday its decision to legalize the chemical abortion drug. 

There was strangely little opposition voiced from pro-life, Catholic or other religious organizations in this predominately Catholic country.
