LITTLE ROCK, Ark, Sept 7 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A 29-year old hired 3 men to murder his girlfriend’s unborn child by attacking her during a staged robbery. Under a new law in Arkansas, the Fetal Protection Act, all four men have been charged with murder. Shiwonna Pace, mother of the murdered baby, was nine months pregnant at the time of the attack. Eric Beaulah, Lonnie Beaulah, and Derrick Witherspoon, as well as Pace’s boyfriend Erik Bullock, are charged with capital murder and first-degree battery, making them eligible for the death penalty if found guilty. Bullock had tried to pressure Pace to abort their child.
