Dear reader,

Our Spring Campaign is launched today with the first of three unique and delightful video commercials highlighting distinguishing features of LifeSiteNews' reporting. We think you will agree that our youth volunteer actors did an exceptional job.

Inspired by comments received by readers about the exceptional quality of our mission, these videos convey with simplicity and directness the reasons why you, and millions of people around the world, come back to LifeSiteNews as the trusted source for life, family, and culture news.

The remaining two videos will be unveiled over the course of the next week, so stay tuned!

Video has become an important medium for LifeSiteNews to reach a wider audience. One of our most popular ones, “The Gift of Life,” released last December, especially resonated with LifeSiteNews readers. It has received 46,000 views so far.

Not only did that video create an impressive online impact, the 25 volunteer individuals and three organizations involved also appreciated the roles they played in making it a success. journalist Pete Baklinski has written an article on the background story that includes an interview with the lead actress.

In retrospect, this volunteer community effort was only fitting considering the nature of our work.  You see, it is mostly the generous ordinary person who gives whatever he or she is able, whether it be funds, prayers, or volunteer acting, who keeps this truth mission going.

We are humbled by that generosity.

Now, at the beginning of this new campaign, we must ask LSN readers to help us reach the necessary, absolute minimum campaign goal of $120,000 by March 27th.

At least that amount is needed to maintain our current level of reporting by journalists and staff scattered around the globe.

Whatever you can donate, whether it be $5, $50, $500, or $5,000 – every donation is important.  Just as every role that volunteers play in our videos is important.

Large or small, we cannot continue what we do without your generosity.

Help us reach our goal with a donation today!

Thank you for your support!

For Life and Family,
The Team
