MONTREAL, November 26, 2002 ( – “Choices: The Henry Morgentaler Story” is another made-for-TV movie in the making.  The Montreal Gazette reported last week that the ACTRA website was listing the upcoming movie.  The reporter inquiring about the story was given the cold shoulder by producers however.  Kevin Tierney, of Park Ex Pictures, “was particularly edgy the other day when I called to ask him about his movie,” writes Freelancer Linda Massarella.  “There’s no reason for you to write about it,” he told the reporter ‘very tersely’, she added.  Vera Miller of Elite Casting admitted that there would be a sizeable cast but refused to provide any names.  “Dr. Morgentaler had many wives and mistresses, so there will be a lot of work for Montreal actresses on this,” she is quoted as saying.  (Montreal Gazette November 17, 2002)  (with files from Pro-Life E-News Canada)
