WELLINGTON, March 25, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A New Zealand Member of Parliament is joined by a Roman Catholic ethicist and the country’s Roman Catholic bishops, among others, in denouncing the country’s potential moves toward legalization of assisted suicide.  Pro-euthanasia M.P. Peter Brown’s “Death with Dignity” private member’s bill, was selected earlier this month for debate.

In response, pro-life Kaikoura M.P. Dr. Lynda Scott has been receiving assistance from Fr.
