May 26 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Norway’s Minister of Health has proposed that girls under 16 should be able to abort their babies without informing their parents. Aftenposten reports that the minister objects to a law favouring parents being informed of the abortion of their grandchildren, saying that it “cause(s) conflicts.” The paper reports that Norwegian law currently says parents should be told of the impending procedure with the right to voice their opinion on the matter unless there is a good reason for not allowing such a process.
