September 24th, The Year of our Lord 2004
Elizabeth Crawley-Mhar
Deputy Registrar General, Vital Statistics,
Province of Nova Scotia
P.O. Box 157, Halifax, Nova Scotia
B3J 2M9

Dear Ms. Crawley-Mhar

In response to the ruling today by the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia against the Institution of Holy Matrimony and your government’s dereliction of duty in failing to oppose it, I write to inform you that where as I will not be a party to this violation of God’s first Institution; from this court decision forward I do hereby cease to act as the Government’s agent for registration of any marriages I may hereafter solemnize in this Province.

The illogical and destructive promulgation of “same sex marriage” is a contradiction in terms, making marriage irrelevant within the institution of government by opening a Pandora’s box of change that will deconstruct the Institution of the Family, thereby devastating the social bedrock of society for our posterity. Holy Matrimony has never been in essence, the province of political institutions, but rather has from time immemorial been its own Institution under Divine Creation. [Genesis 1:26-28] The Nova Scotia Supreme Court has therefore acted ultra vires with this decision, presumptuously contradicting God’s will, as well as the Constitution of Canada, where the clause “sexual orientation”, which has been the lever for this agenda, was written in by an illegal act of the Supreme Court of Canada against the expressed will of Parliament.

Social engineering has reached the nadir of corruption when the highest court in the land blatantly breaks the Constitution in order to force its agenda upon the people. Democracy is absent by definition where, as in this court decision, the will of the people is ignored and the judiciary is not responsible to the Legislature. Such is the present state of our Dominion. History reminds us that such tyranny eventually ends in revolution.

The purpose for which Church and Province originally set up the system that replaced Ecclesiastical banns with a government licence has thus been dissolved by fiat redefinition of the court in collusion with Parliament and Legislative Assembly. Under law a judgement procured by collusion is a nullity.

The court and government have in this action against marriage created a dual system under two irreconcilable definitions, which cannot morally bind citizens who oppose it. [“Subjects obeying a King de facto are free from penalty of disobedience to a king de jure.”]: the first and highest authority of the Canadian Constitution is GOD. “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law…”  [Charter of Rights, Part1] Today’s anti-marriage decision breaks both of these founding principles making its promulgators de jure, a government, which is not a government, leaving marriage exclusively between a man and a woman the only true Government de facto under God and the rule of law.

Accordingly, please find herewith enclosed Certificate of Registration Number 07409 issued in my name [a priest in The Anglican Catholic Church of Canada] by your office on March 25th the year of our Lord 1997, which I no longer recognize as valid for any association with the Institution of marriage. I am ashamed of my country today and continue to commit it in prayer to Almighty God, that through the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ it may come to repent of this sin.

I hereby request that you remove my name from your register, dated this letter, and issue to me a written receipt for the enclosed certificate. I am in the Body of Christ’s Church:

Your former servant in purpose and your present servant in prayer,
