OTTAWA, Jan 7 (LifeSiteNews.com) A homosexual activist group launched an “omnibus legal challenge” against the federal government today seeking to change 58 federal statutes relating to same-sex benefits. Using the pro-homosexual court rulings of the Egan, Rosenberg and Vriend cases, the group hopes to redefine legally significant relationships to include homosexuals. A win in the case would affect laws from Old Age Security & Survivor Benefits to Income Tax provisions and Immigration.
