BUFFALO, Apr 27 (Lifesitenews.com) – A spokesperson for Operation Rescue National announced yesterday at the close of the Operation Save America demonstrations that the pro-life group would change its name. Eileen Schopf said Operation Rescue will henceforward be known as Operation Save America, diversifying their focus to include pro-family issues as well as pro-life.
“We do want to save this country, not just the unborn,” said Schopf. Operation Save America plans to combat abortion, child pornography, teen sex, homosexuality and the absence of God from the classroom.
Last week Operation Save America reported that Buffalo police and the FBI harassed the group during their demonstrations, confiscating two video cameras without filing charges.
