OVERPOPULATION MYTHS DENOUNCED BY VATICAN CARDINAL

LIMA, Peru, Sept 14 (LifeSiteNews.com) – While in Peru for a conference on the family, Cardinal Alfonso Lopez Trujillo, President of the Pontifical Council for Family, in an interview with the “El Comercio” newspaper, noted that “the myth of overpopulation and its incoherence are being unveiled today.” Church News also reported that, speaking about the proposal of homosexual unions, the Cardinal said those who try to impose “different family models, as if there where any alternatives to the only one – father, mother, children – invent subterfuges to give familiar status to that which does not have it.”
